Oh joy! I just published a new illustration piece. This time for an article on the 1928 original silent movie production of Moulin Rouge.
The film was presented at a special screening at the British Film Institute, as part of the Fashion in Film Festival happening in London. – These cool festivals always seem to happen in London and nowhere else. Now why is that? :)
Anyway, I was asked to illustrate one of the many incredible costumes used in the film. Here it is:
